As a member of Enzo’s Ristorante team, you will be responsible for our guests’ unforgettable Italian dining experience. The opportunity will be available to both casual and full-time for the right candidates.

The successful candidates must have formal qualifications at the appropriate level or at least 3 years demonstrated experience. The applicants must be committed to a long-term employment relationship and be prepared to work both day and evening shifts.

  • Supervising and delegating work to kitchen staff and any trainees/ apprentices

  • Preparing and cooking Italian food

  • The ability to work under pressure

  • Ensuring food and kitchen meet Occupational Health and Safety standards

  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Undertaking stock control

  • Control wastage and ensure hygiene and cleanliness.

  • Ability to work without supervision
